ASF USER BULLETIN, Vol. 1, No. 9

You will shortly be receiving three tutorials by Dr. James Conner from the
Alaska SAR Facility User Services Office. They will be:

1)
ASF USER BULLETIN, Vol. 1, No. 9, Appendix A
HOW TO PLACE PLACE A DATA ACQUISITION REQUEST (DAR) USING A WORLD WIDE WEB
(WWW) BROWSER

With our WWW interface, DARs can currently be placed for JERS-1 as well as
ERS-2 and RADARSAT SAR acquisitions. Acquisition requests for ERS data will
be accepted and forwarded to ESA for integration into currently scheduled
missions.

[Note: There will be an interruption in available scheduling during the
Antarctic Mapping Mission (AMM), although not firmly planned yet, AMM
scheduling will supersede other data acquisition requests (per ASF User
Bulletin Vol. 1, No. 1, 22 March 1996).]
