Mixed Layer Depth
Monthly Mixed Layer Depth (MLD) estimates from PHC 3.0 down to latitude 60N. MLD is defined as the depth at which density is equal to .3 + the mean density between 0-10m.

This ascii data file has 14 columns and 11160 rows. Column 1 = latitude, Column 2 = longitude, and Columns 3-14 = Jan - Dec.

Kay Runciman put together these PAR data files. There is a tar file for each year which has gzipped individual daily ascii files. The data column order is: Lat, Lon, shortwave down, ice concentration, FSW*(1-lC), PAR

PP and Chl data
The following is a link to a web page at the National Oceanographic Data Center. This page describes a data base of all arctic historical observations of in situ Primary Productivity (PP) and in situ Chlorophyll (Chl) in the ARCSS-PP data base. These data were collected over time by a variety of projects and using a variety of methods, as described in the metadata and in the following manuscript:

Dissolved Nutrients Data
The following ascii text file contains historical observations of marine dissolved nutrients in the ARCSS-PP data base. These data were collected over time by a variety of projects, as described in the following manuscript:
