A vertical ocean salinity section along the line segments connecting CTD stations was obtained from the North Pole CTD survey during April 2002.  The section does not follow a straight line, but rather follows the line segments connecting the positions of the CTD casts.  Click on the numbered red balls labeling actual helicopter CTD stations along the section to view the temperature and salinity profiles in a separate window.
